i sold a zt302 to a member here about 2 months ago. i ship from canada priority to the us. 6-10 business days is the standard and was told to the recipient.
9 business days later. paypal tells me they re freezing my money because this guy says he never got the knife!!!!!! holy shit a little impatient are we?
any way i appeal and submit a ton of proof and paypal tells me too bad. were siding with the buyer. sure enough 5 days later, the package arrives. i tell this to paypal and they still refuse to give me my cash back.
now im pissed, so i call the buyer in question on the phone and he tells me he does not want the knife any more???? and that hes going to ship it back.
this is where i was stupid, i say "sure no problem" when i should have said "drop dead you resell it, give me my cash now!!!"
sure enough the joker sends it back in an envelope! an envelope! doesnt even have the decency to ship it back in a box padded and secure.
nedless to say i get a letter from the customs officer telling me it was witheld for dubious shipping methods.
holy pooper im going crazy. someone tell me itll end soon.

That sucks man, I wish I could tell you it was going to turn out okay. I hope you get your knife back though!

look at it this way:

by releasing his info, hopefully we can all avoid him and this won't happen to anyone else again.

if we don't look out for each other and police ourselves, who will?
 
I would also like to know who this person is, I shiped a knife from the US to canada an it only took a mounth an a half to get their :p , an I to was going crazy but the guy I was dealing with was a nice guy, so I can't imagine what what your going through.
 
i hope they wont keep it, this model is sold all over canada. im going to try to refer them to online stores in canada that sell it.
 
Thats terrible. I dont understand the point of doing that to someone. If they didnt want it, then why buy it and then screw the seller later on. Thanks for sharing his name, hopefully no one else will run into this. Best of luck getting your knife back.

Let me get this straight. He says he will take it, sends you payment, you ship, he files a claim, he gets what you said you will ship, does not like it and ships back, stuck in customs because of bad shipping/packing, you don't have money or knife. What happened to the deal isn't done to both parties are happy? It seems to me he owes you the funds or the knife.
 
Sorry to hear the bad news.Since customs has it,you can be sure they have ruled it prohibited because it can be flicked open with centrifigal force.
