I bought these pickled shallots from a honesty stall today,I think they used battery acid.
Very strong and very tasty,I cut them with the Spey blade but didn’t leave it wet for long in case the metal melted 😂
Lovely cheese from the south relish from the north,me in the middle 😋

that marrow was the size of a small child and only £1 it’s all for a local hospice.
