Tree Bark Handle Texture On The New Bushwacker Battle Mistress!!!!

So what's the deal with that blade blank? Is that just the decarb layer, or is it some sort of color? (colorblind over here so a bit tough to tell)

Maybe just a raw INFI dimpled blade for testing it out? Doesn't look coated to me.

That's not a secret. Most of mine still smelled like the peat in the scotch when I pulled them out of the box from Blade West. The influence of JWB is VERY well known in these parts :D

My olfactories are picking up the aroma of Scotch and Fine cigar smoke.

What a great looking handle Boss!

"deeply contoured" sounds perfect for these giant mitts of mine. bring on the tree bark! (in sandstorm if possible!)

looks pretty good there. I need to see more picks to really give an informed opinion.

Crap! This one may break me down!!!

Looking good Boss Man....Looking Good!

pretty cool. I'd like to see a version that's less deep and a little less aggressive.

I hope it's also indicative of the ability and willingness to do more rope cut ones.

Jerry - step back about 18" and take that shot again. ;)

Looks like the Bushy ain't gettin the Nukulur Meltdown treatment. Could the SAR series be the end of that??? (Only the Shadow knows!)

This looks like a very comfy knife. Like an old white oak. Nice!

Please, Oh Please make this knife available in satin with black paper slabs.

PLEASE!!!!!!

BTW, I really like treebark too!!!:cool:

Is it comfortable during sessions of hard use??

+1...inquiring minds...

The contours of the handle in general and the butt configuration look extremely promising. Shades of the KillaZ -- a natural evolution of the fusion design. But those longitudinal surface grooves look like they might contact the palm/fingers in an abrasive way during extended chopping?
