Treking in Thai jungle

So, if you don't want the mosquito drink you blood we need fire and smoke before we do another thing in Wildness. :D

Suadi Kap. I meant to welcome you to the forum earlier. I have been to Ubon Ratchathani to teach in one of the universities, there. It is a wonderful place. I am not sure how far that is from where you are. Great pictures and it is nice to see all the trekking in the jungle.

That is great! I'd like to know more about how you cook your food in camp.

Do you cook the rice in camp?
What other ingredients or spices do you add?
How do you prepare your frogs and what parts do you eat?

On bamboo, I like big choppers with convex grinds as well, but I also like to use a Silky folding saw.

I have cane (bamboo) on some property. It's a menace, but it's also fun and useful for building things.

Real carabiners - excellent!

For cooking the frog. please check & sure the frog we can eat.

ingredient
1. Frog Grill 200 g
2. Pin 5 glasses
3. 1 tablespoon lemon
4 kaffir lime leaves 5
5. 1 tablespoon akae
6. 1 tablespoon mint
7. 1 tablespoon coriander
8. onion 1 tablespoon
9. parsley 1 tablespoon
10. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
11. 2 tablespoons shallots
12. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
spices
1. 7 grain dried chilli
2. Ma Temple competitive roasted 1 tsp.
3. roasted pepper 1
4. Roasted coriander 1 tsp.
5. 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
6. Chopped Chopped 1 tsp
7. 1 teaspoon salt

TO DO:
1. Frog chopped into pieces small enough words.
2. Pound thoroughly.
3. Fry the garlic with oil Add spices and stir fry the onion
4. Add enough boiling water, lemon grass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves.
5. Add the shallots, frog meat.
6. Sprinkle with cilantro, onion, parsley and mint akae.

Frogs should grill the meat dry. Boiling Frog Frog meat is soft, easy to tear.

Choose a frog is not very big. Meat and soup is tasty than the Frog Party.

Boonhom is popular knife maker in Thailand his knife material has two type SUP9 & O1 difference quality and price. what steel for your knife?.

Mine's sup9 I think. The O1s are almost twice the price, right?
