Tremor1127 on knife forums

Yeah,he said he was sending mine today too at 4:00 pm.I hope his post office is open all day on saterday,mine closes at 11:00 am.
 
Its funny (not really) but the scammers always seem to use the "I don't have your address any more" routine. Had one guy pull that after I used paypal and he needed to refund my $, which - hello - keeps a record of ones transactions and allows one to see the address of the other party (at least usually). Still he could have been ripped off, though I see that at least 3 (!!!) people sent the money for the same knife. A copy of the police report would be a good idea for the more skeptical folks who got hosed in this little escapade.

He said he sent my stuff Saterday prioity mail and guess what,nothing in the mail to day.Kevin you have 24 hrs,after the mail runs tomarrow and its not here I am takeing my stack of paperwork to the post office and turning them loose on your ass.I talked the the post master at my post office today and told him what I had and he said that it would be an open and shut case and that everyone envolved should file even if they did get paid back because it is still mail frawd.
Stay tuned,if my stuff isn't here tomarrow I will post some things that will help the rest of you to file your charges.
 
How come so many of the scams/bad deals going on here seem to have the "So I called and talked to his mother" theme to them?

HHHUUUMMMM,I really thought it would be here today LOL!
Well I gave him every chance to avoid this but he did nothing I asked.So I filed charges on him today.
His info is posted on 6 differant forums.

I'm away from home until late Friday so I will file on Monday if I haven't got my money back. The wife says nothing today.

My action will be:

1. File mail fraud with USPS
2. Contact the Odessa police, since I'm a Texas resident I may contact the local police as well
3. Contact the Odessa newspaper and let them know they have an Internet faud operation operating there.

Kevin, I know you are reading these posts. It isn't worth all the pain. Pay back what you owe and apologize in this and Knife Forum.
 
I've NEVER been cheated on any deal so far with anyone here or on the KF board.
I hate this kinda stuff happens:mad: I normally never even check the dc #s.

I talked to his father this morning.He said one of my knives was there,so I told him if he would take it to the post office himself and send it priority mail to me today I would take his info off the forums.
 
Well I did get one of my 2 knives back.Could a mod. please remove his address in my earlier reply?

Are you sure you want to do that, though? I think most of the members will not be very impressed by his returning one out of two knives, and they will want to know his real name and address in case he uses a different username.
 
It will not let me edit it.It is his fathers address he used and I told his father I would remove it if he sent the Delica back to me.Thanks
