Right eye ball not included
Not responsible for 10 year warranty claims
The bottom steak knife looks like it says ACA Edge?
The bottom cheese cleaver is Frontier Forge
I figure it would go good with some pre dinner cheese and crackers
Then you whip out the sharpening steel and start doing that Benihana chef stuff with the Granny's Butcher Knife and the steel
The look on your dinner guests faces would indeed be priceless

Imperial Diamond Edge 4" Texas Jack - It has special swedges, prototype center pin cracks, and mystical powers.

#600

Trent its not just 1 knife its a display but its my favorite!!!! I bought this in an antique shop for a good price and spent the next year or so trying to fill it as accuratly as possible, with a little help from some of the kind folks from right here at blade forums!!!! It makes me feel like im walking into a little old time hardware store to pick out a new knife. I guess it takes me back to a time I wasnt around for but wished I had been. Great contest very generous!!!! These little contests make for a lot of fun!!! - By the way that grannys butcher knife is SWEET!- Joel

Is that an Imperial Black Beauty on the bottom of your display Joel? If so, I'm changing my favorite choice to that one. It looks like a Western. by the way, I was around at that time, riding around on a tricycle.

I had 2 of those Black Beauty look alikes
The handles are WEAK
Seems like made from FOIL?

They look cool though

That case and knives is awesome!!
I love the $1.00 price!!!
That will get your attention for sure.....

Probably the brown Imperial B.S.A. knife. I've had it since I was a kid, earned it by selling Boy Scout popcorn, and have kept it in unused condition all these years.

Bob - They sure put a big fat spear blade on those. Almost qualifies as a torpedo blade!

earned it by selling Boy Scout popcorn
That is awesome
Those are the stories I love to hear!!

I'm gonna sweeten up the pot with some Craftsman kitchen knives!!
Woot!!!!
I'll take pics tonight

Maybe I should have made it pick a number between 1-100
The closet to the picked number wins
If it's a tie, I will flip a coin.......

I don't usually participate in contests, but I do like Imperials.

I have always liked this style, called "Tu-Tone". I have several of these in various color/pattern combinations. For me, they immediately remind me of the 50's.

Number? 555 if to 1000, 55 if to 100.

Thanks,
Glenn

I posted earlier but forgot to pick a number. Please don't penalize me for being untrainable...

320

It's still between 1 and 1000

Those "tu-tones" sorta have a 50's switchblade feel to them

I love it when you roll out the 1954 Chevy's of knives Glenn. They do have a tuck n' roll look to them. Make me think of a bottle of Schlitz, that needed a church key.

Are those Tu-Tones solid handles or shell?

thawk

They are shell handle...

This old barlow has more pocket time than most of my oldies. It has sharpened a mile of fat carpenter's pencils when I was building and renovating houses, has been lost in sawdust more than once, and provided therapy, as I sharpened it while trying to figure out what to do next. Inexpensive, but effective; the ultimate tool, and builders companion!

Please give me number 650

I have posted this before, but here it is again. My favorite Imperial.

My Father bought it for his Father in 1958 on his class trip to New York City.
Grandpa put it away and never used it. After Grandpa passed long ago it became mine and I did the same.

It is a low cost souvenier boys jack, only to me its priceless.

Oh and I'll take number 1

LOL
You must be a craps player......

AND the box too!!
The fact that a 2.99 souvenir knife has been passed down so many generations is awesome
My nephew has the Alaska version in his 2 knife collection

Here is mine:
This sat in a tool box in my mom's garage for 15 years
I remember over the years I would ocassionaly see it in the tool box
I would pick it up and look at it
Never opened the blade
Just a cursory glance and back into the top shelf of the red Craftsman toolbox
Why did I always remember it?
Because it sat next to a Strait-Line Chalk-Line Reel

There was a pile of the little red dust and it had "speckeled" the handle of the knife over the years
You can still see the speckles a little bit

I would wonder
What did my dad use this for?
How often did he use it?
When and where did he get it?
I know he probably got it for the bargain price Imperial was known for ;)
I used to joke with him about driving 30 miles to an Ace Hardware 2 cities over to save 25 cents
And he drove a 78 Impala
Then again gas was like a dollar a gallon back then...

So I added the TM4 in the hopes that the winner will keep it in the top shelf of his toolbox and another cheap, user Imperial is passed on to the next generation

LOL

Trent, I know exactally what you mean, I have knives from my grandfather, and some great uncles etc. And I always wonder stuff like that where did they get it and what did they have in mind when they bought it? were they looking for a bargin, is that the type or brand of knife they used, or was it what was avilable where they shopped? Alll great questions with no answers.
- Joel
