I have an Oberland 01 - of the original design - that has never been used or sharpened. Would trade a for a Tident TCFM 02 in similar condition

From what I gather, this may be a rare Oberland. I picked it up a few years ago at the SWAT challenge show. This was when Trident was a one man shop in NV. I was never sure if it was an 01 or an 03. I sent this pic to them and talked to the gal on the phone. Interestingly, she could not tell which it was either. Has the blade length of an 03 but the length and shape of an 01. She said it might have been a custom job someone ordered then decided to sell. While I was on the phone I ordered a TCFM02

Bump and follow up: I ordered a TCFM2 in Feb of 2007 that I have yet to get (supposed to be done and shipped next week they say...) so don't think getting one of these bad boys is going to be quick! :eek:

Tridents come with papers? That's news to me. Somone making fake Tridents? Purchased mine at the SWAT Challange show from a local dealer. The show was in the same town as Tirdent shop at the time, who moved from NV to Utah after that. This is an early and rare Trident I believe.
 
Follow up: I FINALLY got my TCFM02, so I would no longer trade for one. Takes a long time to get your habnds on a Trident once ordered, over 6 months waiting in my case. Yet, I have one in mint condition for trade, etc...
