What model knife stopped a bullet for the person "carrying" it?

Side note why are this story, and the bullet story for that matter, not in the "proof of Busse and kin superiority" thread? (if they are my bad, I just thought I'd pretty throughly drooled over that whole thread and neither of these sounded familiar)
