Thanks for the modded BATAC info M67 & Jaxx. I sure hope I see it for sale again!

What does "priced right" mean? not cheap? I've never been to KC or blade, so I'm out of the loop on that comment.

Also, what's G-rexed snakeskin? And how is it different from normal snakeskin?

"G-Rex" is a term coined for Garth's style of bolster that's like a bolster and a liner. :thumbup: If you look at the pic of the BATAC-v that shows it from the side, you'll see that the G-10 is full scale thickness as a bolster up toward the ricasso, and then it runs under the snakeskin micarta all the way to the pommel. It's one piece (per side) with the snakeskin set into it. It's a very cool look...I love it, but is probably a PITA to do, as it all has to fit together just so. Very little room for error, especially if Garth is trying to line up the lines so that they "flow" in 2 different handle materials.

"Priced right"... My guess is that he means it's set at a price that anyone who is not sure that they really want it will jump on. For the work, the way the G-10's lines line up with the snakeskin micarta's, the variant grind, and a satin blade, it is a fair price. Not too low, not too high. Not worth buying for reselling, but very worthy of buying to own. :thumbup:
