Just opened a package with my brand new SNG from TNK. Mr. Ostroff was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of my questions promptly, even emails sent after hours on the weekend were returned from his phone. I was beyond impressed. Packaging of the knife was above and beyond what I would consider acceptable. With 4 seperate layers of bubble wrap envelopes and the knife itself tightly wrapped in paper towels, there was no way anything was gonna get damaged, scratched or dinged. To top it all off, I opened it at 3:30 this afternoon(Tues.), and only ordered it Sunday night ( Monday was a holiday here in Canada) . I may have a slight advantage living so close to his store, but it's still ridonkulously fast. do yourself a favour and check out truenorthknives.com
