True North Knives?

I have ordered from TNK many times. Not one problem, not one late package, not one misshipped item, extremely fast turnaround, and always useful freebies in the box.

Express shipping: You want overnight, you generally need to pay.i would never expect a seller to comp me anything, but it is nice when a seller does. With TNK, at least, you know the cost and either agree to it or don't. I've been hit with very high express charges ex post facto when it hit my credit card.
 
Neil is a gentleman, which is seldom the case with knife dealers (the only other one I can think of is Paul Shindler from Knife Legends). He is trustworthy, ships fast and often takes care of his regular customers with shipping upgrades.
About Shirogorovs: I am a huge fan and so far I haven't found a more reliable way than ordering them from TNK. Sure, they are cheaper in Russia but then you are taking on a lot of added risk, not to mention the language barrier.
 
I bought two Striders from TNK a few years back and have nothing negative to report. Both knives had great fit and finish, were packaged securely and shipped quickly. A question with regard to international shipping ahead of my first purchase was responded to politely on the same day.
 
I've had many terrible experiences with knife dealers/makers but every purchase with Niel has been excellent! I find him to be very personable and professional with fast shipping and so far not one issue. He's only human so I'm sure he can have a bad day like us all but people have to be honest with themselves...if every person you meet is an ahole then chances are you're the ahole! lol
 
Do a search, there are lots of comments over the years. All but one positive.
 
Great service, and professionalism. One of the best dealer around if not the number 1. I say with personal experience.

Neil's overnight shipping is $28.00 which is very reasonable for overnight.
They also offer $18.00 3 day shipping which they typically upgrade to next day.

Not to mention you get some goodies from him!
 
Neil's not the most personable guy in the world, but his fast shipping and customer responsiveness is excellent in my experience (three knife purchases from TNK). Good luck.
 
Neil is a first class guy and runs a first class knife business. I have made purchases from TNK for years and always had excellent experiences. I also consider Neil a friend and because of that I will be a repeat customer.
 
I recommend him highly. Shop around for prices, obviously, but this is an excellent dealer and a great guy.
 
My first expensive (to me) knife, a Sebenza 21 (TNK exclusive) was an excellent experience with Neil. Not only was it in my hands the next day, but the unexpected swag was cool, and the candy was fresh. Neal has more than earned my thanks and repeat business.
