Depending on what country you're in, you're likely to find there isn't a single dealer on the net who's willing to accept credit card payment from you. All you can do about it is hassle your government to go after the criminals, and in the meantime you'll have to pay some other way.

As long as dealers can expect to lose more to fraud than they gain in profits, they're not going to do it....
