Thanks. Its not grains in particular I'm watching, its carbs. Some veggies and fruit have a lot of carbs. Especially for the fiber they provide. I've always loved apples, but they are really high in carbs. So are carrots and of course potatoes. I've been educating myself the last few months. The thing is I have not been on a "diet". I'm totally ignoring calories. I eat plenty. I like what I'm eating. I just cut back on the carbs. I did it to get my sugar under control. The weight loss was a pleasant surpriseNice work on shedding some pounds.
