Trying to 'rebuild' a blade I found.

Ok, I finally got to harbor freight and got emery paper (sandpaper for hardened steel), it goes from 60 grit to 220 grit (the package I got, if I went to autozone or something they have up to 3000 grit, but it wasn't on the way), I've done some research on the interwebzzz and found that it's actually finer and better at cutting metal because it's made of something harder than steel, emery (obviously) from Turkey (yum!). I won't get under way with shaping just yet, I got a very generous offer from someone I was more than willing to pay a premium for services from.

Lay it out and post a pic of what you are thinking, a sharpie should work.

As for the lack of pictures in half a week or so, I can't get the sharpie to show up in the pictures without getting close, the flash ruins the picture then, and the lighting around my house ain't no good for pictures, so I'll try and get some up before I get to actually start shaping it, but they will have to be outdoors, so it'll look nicer anyhow.
