Tuesday Shocker... Killa Zilla II's Have Arrived!!!!!

Nice score Jaxx, If that shirt does'nt fit i would be willing to help you out. I just hate to see a nice shirt like that just sit in a drawer wasting away. :D Now go out and chop something up. Because we've all gotta know. Maybe wait until it cools off a bit though. ;)

They look to be the same in length & thickness, with a little difference in weight. There IS a difference, but not much as far as I can tell W/O a scale. The BIG difference is because the changes made, the weight in the KZII has been shifted significantly back towards the handle compared to the extremely blade-heavy TTKZ, which gives it a much lighter feel in the hand beyond actual weight differences... While still blade-heavy, this is more like it! The other main difference is that the handle has been changed dramatically and is now much more suited to this style of knife. :thumbup:

Nice score looks awesome , it would be nice if they ever make (Killer Z2) it to the ganza or the company store for those who could not make it to blade, but I'm not holding my breath.

Thanks Jaxx ... I have a KZII coming but it will be a while .... Jerry said he had shaved some weight off the new model .... the extra size on the handle with it having a full tang would go quite some way to balancing out the blade....

My thoughts still run along the lines that a TTKZ fully convexed model but thinner stock and a skeleton tang and a Res C grip would be a cool way to lighten the blade but keep the blade heavy feel for chopping performance ... a sort of "Basic Khukri" .... this option would give khukri's in NMFBM, FBMLE and the Basic styles for a nice "range" of blades ...

Can't wait for my " KZII/FBM LE" version though ..... sounds like it will be a great fast blade :thumbup:

Jerry sold that version last year, and asked those who bought it to test 'em out and email feedback to Busse Combat. These newer ones are the result of the info sent to him. :thumbup:

The TTKZ's are pretty much the prototypes of the Killa Zilla II.

We will certainly give my Asm B11 a workout. I hope to strip it by then.

At Blade they were 570ish if I remember right, and no LE version yet.

Like Jaxx said earlier, there's a rumor that these will be offered on the BCS, or they might become a production knife, hard telling, only Boss Hog knows.
