:thumbup: Good evening folks,

Just wanted to let everyone know that Tuffthumbz has very good customer service, and I would deal with him any day of the week. I had an issue with my Delica that he did for me, and not only did he take care of the Delica but because I had to wait he pimped 2 knives of my choice( which turned out beautiful), and made me some custom 1911 grips. Any time I had a question my email was answered in minutes, and was never rude or with an attitude. I work in customer service, and will say that customer service is not always getting what you want but getting the correct information in a timely manner. If you knife guys want to bring new life to your folder or fixed blade send it to Geoff he will make sure you get what you want, and at the least you will get is honesty, and kindness.
 
I had a very good experience with him too. Threads on him tend to deteriorate into a discussion of his unfortunate habit of trying to advertise his services without a paying membership, but if we're just talking about his workmanship/quality, service, communication, and so forth, my experience with him in those respects was top-notch.

Likewise, I have had three knives customized by him and have nothing but good things to say about him. He has been very professional and does good work.

Yes, & am glad he's back. The thread he started about pimped knives continued while he was gone & is still going. Good to see & glad your experience with him was very good. All of my transaction with him were all very good, too.
