The Cattlemans (50 burnt stag, 50 amber stag, 25 buffalo horn) have a COA with release date of Dec 31, 2016. However they were not available with dealers for sale until the first week of January 2017. Then in March 2017, there were 25 released in fluted mammoth ivory with engraved bolsters.

I don't know of any knife groups that cater specifically to Tuna Valley. The official DFKB Facebook page is the best place to get current news on what is being released, or what is in production. But there are no sales that transpire there.
