  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Tweenahs - New Pictures, specs...

I can't stop looking at them. They look so much cooler than any tweener photos I've seen to date.

This is great news.

Now I just have to decide which one I want first... I thought that I would want the drop tweener (ahem, the BK16 that is). Now that I see them... the BK17 looks QUITE nice.

I'm also loving the light weight on these things, and the sheaths as well. Any shots of the back of the sheath? Meaning, could I wear these scout style?

My, my, my.......... pure awesomeness........................

can I ask someone with a 5, does it have an upsweep?? or is it an optical illusion, sometimes in pics I see a definite upsweep in others, not so much..

Looks very promising. Bladite, do you have a shot of topview comparing blade thickness between BK2 and BK16?

Cheers!

no, i don't. probably won't. these are spy photos at the factory. the spy risked their life for this, and you want more? the poor spy. it took literally weeks of dodging staff and the management. they're very mean. one of them is a trained mercenary. my spy almost bought the farm for a couple camera phone shots ;)

BK2s are .25 inches

BK16 is likely to be .188 inches

it's a pretty easy comparison to see on a ruler though :)

maybe someone will get clever, and draw abstract black lines on white paper to compare thicknesses.

as a note: these are thin on purpose. these are not sharpened pry bars. we will not here talk of "man, they'd be perfect if they were .25 inches" :)

mostly i'm teasing :)

on a serious note: you guys are going to love these knives so hard. i would start looking around *right now* for ways to make money, save money, and sell stuff for money.

got kids? sell their stuff.

got a wife? sell their stuff.

got a husband? mannnnn, those guys are STOOPID. you can sell all their stuff, and they won't notice. seriously.

steal office supplies. sell on ebay for profit.

SELL YOUR OTHER KNIVES! :)

these things are going to be epic.

they are going to redefine bushcrafting and even steak knives :>

oh yeah!

I am hoping the brown Santa Claus will be bringing goodies today and I hope to share some photos.....As you all know I am really looking forward to the drop point......These will be the first real production samples I will have seen and until you get a production blade it really has not happened yet......I am, therefore, positively twitching in anticipation (sorry if anybody got a visual on that... lol)......The mini Fisk is gonna make the worlds finest steak knife EVER and I am certain will become a great addition to the kitchen cutlery drawer as well.......Not to mention the happiness it will bring around camp.........The little clip point is a very nice package.......More a reinterpretation of the KaBar than the Seven.....Lots of Tooj influence here.....Yeah for the Tooj, the frequently forgotten but ALWAYS appreciated........

All Best......

Great lookin' stuff.

"Production samples" eh ? Sweeeeeet !

Can't be long now.

Release day gonna' be a busy one.

I like the clip and the minimag. But ill prob get a drop point as well so see how it works against the current 4 inch bushcrafter. Any spy photos of the super secret blade? I'm think if not, then he isn't a good spy.

Recon, Intel, its all about the super secret stuff. The mission was a failure. Tine to put that spy back on desk work and call in bond, James bond. Or Vin diesel I'm sure he could "pacify" the guards and slip out with a few shots and get away in a souped up Japanese car. We would need a hand off man close by tho since Vin only lives his life a quarter mile at a time. Easily distracted. We need some new spy recruits. I'm freaking out......
