Dirty Satin,, I just use knives,, I don't nit pick. So if it doesn't interfere with platinum edge or hand shaped handles. It might be subject to stay, are you sure I'm the guy for u,

Well, here is the story. I was drawn in by Rolf who spoke very highly of you. I REALLY like some of your designs. If I got a "dirty satin" I would want to "fix" it. I am not much for an "unfinished" knife. Now, if it was a "dirty satin" that was uniform then I would be cool with that. I have certain things that I want in a knife. I can be a nitpicky person so you are right, maybe your not my guy??? I know you can put a satin finish, why not if requested? You can always pull a Busse and charge for the labor.

Just thoughts, I really love some of your designs but as a custom maker I would want a little bit of say in the end result. I just ordered a knife from Pohan Leu, and I was able to get a knife to my specs. Just saying. I don't want you to think I am sticking around for nothing. I like your designs but have a few little requests.

Sounds like Pohan is your guy! I will be your friend, but I don't foresee me making you a custom, not because I can't,, its because I don't want to make your knife,, I want to make my knife for you. You make your knives, I will make mine, and if people want them they can buy them. If not I will put them in my knife drawer, Kevin, your a cool guy but like Rolf your too detail oriented, I don't want to charge for it, Busse has a satinizing machine, I have all my spare time,, after my 40 hour job!!! So. Like I said your more than welcome here, you give great input on things, and a different perspective, but, that's about as far as this is gonna go, I do what I want,, in the nicest possible way.. All these guys , I take care of them and they take care of me, I turn people off of my knives by acting like myself I'm sure but, oh well,
