Welcome to springtime in Texas/the Gulf. We had 80+mph (128kph) straight line wind last night.

Come to find out the spyderco muleteam is before the recall, and wasnt sent in for the recall..... So now it looks like i get to choose any spyderco knife currently available on their site in the 100-120 range...

The 2 mule teams they have now are both steels im not sure about.... I guess i need to do some reading up on them. Or chose a different knife completely.

What would YOU pick ??

A little too pricey on spyderco's site. I first looked at the manix 2 and native 5. Both i have owned before and liked a lot.

So far im looking at the 2 mules, the SWICK 4, Centofante 3, Roadie..... and the black dog tag... Which goes over a little bit so i will have to check to see if they would even let me cover the difference if i want a knife that goes over the price.

WW, how much would it cost to get your mule re-heat treated?

Also both of the ones they are currently offering look kinda cool. I'd go with the MT19 personally cause its semi-stainless close to a D2. Where the other is close to 440c.
