I'm in! Thanks for the opertunity.
Helpful hint: for all the pool owners, if your pool ever goes green/need to shock your pool/start up after new plaster job; instead of pay a fortune for chlorine chems such as algecides and dichlor. Those stain remover packages that contain a white grainy chemical, is the same thing as algiban, dichlor, etc. so if you have those on hand or see them on sale pick them up because it can save you some cash if you come to a circumstance that you need it later on.. Learned this from my grandfather and dad, growing up in a pool cleaner family :).

Alright I'm in too! I showed my mora to a police officer last night and she was really impressed with the chestnut handle I made for it. :)

Wow, great timing. One of my first quality knives was a Buck 110, and I quickly fell in love with that knife. I was 11 or 12 years old when I got and somehow that knife disappeared was lost, stolen, misplaced, etc. and I never replaced it. Now, 30+ years later, after owning many more expensive and exotic knives (relative to the 110), I find myself drawn back to that knife all over again. In fact, just a day or so ago, I started looking through the Buck sub forum to see what what's going on over there. Needless to say, I'm wanting a new Buck now more than ever.

Thanks for the opportunity, I'm in!

Dreaded double tap. Please disregard this post no. and use the above post as my entry. Sorry about that.

I'm in.

I recently picked up an abused 110 at a garage sale. Looked like some one batoned with it and one of the scales was warped. May also have had some electrical damage too. After some TLC (new scales, reshaped to a drop point, added lanyard hole) it looks much like a 500.

The 110 will go to my son (he likes my rehabilitated 110) and the 703 in my pocket if I win.

I'm in.

When I was 11 my dad started showing me how to carve cedar. I was learning to carve a totem pole with my small Buck stockman. I learned a lesson why not to draw towards my hand by slicing my index finger on the side. Had to stand at the sink for twenty minutes for the blood to stop flowing. Nice C shaped scar on the side of my finger. LOL
