4" cutting edge - 9" overall length. Deer stag handle. Leather spacer. Cable/resin butt decoration.

Width is 1 1/8" and thickness is 1/4"

I know that on boats, you can swage wire cable under pressure until it essentially cold welds. But it takes a whole lot of pressure.

Once heated and hammered/pressed, the cable get solid like any other forged steel

The way I make these, the superficial strands are not touched, leaving that rustic appearance, but the center part welds perfectly, thus making a perfect edge.
