Two Tips for sellers

Just two I have to offer:

1) If you give a phone see that it's answered or there's an answering machine attached.

2) If you selling out of your other work, let the buyer know. So that they don't cause trouble when they call and the seller's boss says "They're selling knives? They're supposed to be working!".

i agree with you completely on the phones. i try to answer the phones as much as possible and even got a new system to answer up to 6 calls at one time when i am on the phone. that way we get the messages at least anyways.
as far as my boss knowing about the knives......LOL i am the boss i pretty well know about me selling knives.
