Guess im in the sad camp like many others.......current budget is lacking a knife line item.........so my knife budget has been cut to my change jar. I haven't counted it in a while......but i'm sure i'm still way off from a new GEC.

I do not have a beer scout because I spent my knife money going to blade show.
I would love to have a chance at one - how about #458?
 
I do not have one on order or coming because I have 4 other patterns reserved and prefer to keep my money for 77 Barlows or the new 83 or another 73 In Stag . Please use number 77 for my random number Thank you for the chance.

I don't have a Beer Scout. I've literally been drooling over them recently thanks to the Beer Scout thread. I have not gotten one yet because my wife is teaching me how to be frugle. Ahh it's very frustrating lol

The reason that I don't have a Beer Scout heading my way is because I had to choose which upcoming release I wanted to spend my money on, so I reserved a 77 Barlow.

I don't have one because I'm new to traditional (with the exception of my Opinels and two old folders I inherited; I just don't know much about the trad knife game).

My random number is 622.

I didn't get one for 2 reasons, I wasn't sure how I'd like the frame given that I prefer capped #15s, but with the lanyard tube/bail it's still nicely balanced. And second, I reserved a few too many && spear barlows and I need to sit on my cash for those.

Due to my daughter turning one on 7/10, count me in with 710 .

The Misses ordered one for me and said she would have grabbed the Ivory if she saw it available. So I would trade my saw cut for the proto Ivory.

I'm so new in the Traditional forum I don't even feel right about entering.

It's not money with me it's ignorance. I didn't even know there was a "Beer Scout Knife" until a few days ago.
I am still getting comfortable with the idea that some knives pivot in the middle.

This is my sad excuse for a beer opener.


Since today is the 13th and my birthday is on a 13th, I will choose #13 as my random number.
Feel free to disqualify me under Newb status if so desired.
