UFO news

No video....no pics? With this many witnesses, you'd think someone at least could have taken a cell phone vid or pic.

I agree. It's ridiculous to think that people would be observing this with "binoculars and telescopes" but nobody would have a single camera. 9 out of 10 of my friends have cameras in their hip pockets (cell) now.
 
Photographing something like that isn't as easy as you'd think, especially when you're standing there staring at it with your mouth hanging open. MY first thought would be to observe it, not to fumble with an unreliable little cellphone camera. Try taking a picture with your cellphone of the next helicopter or small plane that flies overhead in your area.
 
I think with all the cell phone video cameras there should be some videos about.

I agree.....but didn't this object hover for quite some time? Surely someone could have taken at least on bad picture or poor quality vid.
 
Who knows who was watching it? Farm country, people out working, not like big city office workers with cellphone permanently in one ear. Not eveyone is into UFOs, or official invesigations, either, where they even think of documenting what they see.
 
Im sure there are pics and video, at least a few. I think either they are trying to get some $$ for it from the media or the AF took it. More than likely, we will see it soon enough.

They say it was a mile long...my camera phone might not be up to par with my digital camera but it is not bad and I think I would get a shot of anything that lonnnggggg.
 
CNN Larry King Live - Interviews and some shaky video, including video of the fighter jets on tonight. I am amazed that CNN did a credible interview on this subject. This would not have happened 20 years ago.
 
If it happened after dusk, it would be difficult to capture on a digital camera (or any camera for that matter). That being said, I don't doubt the townsfolk saw something and I don't doubt there is extraterrestrial intelligence, but I'm not convinced the former is related to the latter.
 
There is no other logical explanation for me. I know many people feel more comfortable believing that our Military has developed their own craft capable of controlling gravity, and they probably have ( according to some Lockheed and Northrup Grumman Executives) but these same exact descriptions of these things appear in literature from the second century AD. Roman soldiers described the same thing the people in Stephenville did. I honestly don't care who is inside the ship, I just want one for personal use.

Logic is of no value without data. We have a tremendous number of tantalizing possibilities, but no incontrovertible facts. These possibilities demand rigorous investigation, but they do not present us with an answer in themselves.
 
Many people suggest that we have no hard, physical evidence, but it just isn't true.
For example, we have collected metal samples that were pure isotopes that A. are not found naturally and B. could not be manufactured by humans.

Who is "we?" Who did the analysis? Was is corroborated by credible analysis from an independent and respected source? Please post links for this as I'm interested.
 
Dow Chemical. Ever heard of them? I dont use or trust internet links on this subject.
I can get you books and page numbers..
 
Any technology sufficiently sophisticated will appear as magic to those without it. If we brought an ipod to someone from 500 years ago, it would be just as impossible, and break as many rules of physics as these UFO's do to us.

Ever heard of them? Nope....I've lived in a cave my whole life. ;)

Please give me some references as I truly am interested.
