UGLY - PayPal doesn't like the word "Damascus"

Well I got refunded, so it didn't go through. Should I try it again with nothing in the comment box, or just do it friends and family?

I ask this because I'm in this situation, and I'm not sure how to go about it.

yes the seller should know what It is for and "Regular paypal with nothing in the comments box"

Not trying to Hijack, but I just sold an item and the word "Damascus" was used in the description in Paypal. It is also under review. Has this always been a thing with Payapl, or is it new?

Paypal is being made to watch or possible money laundering, terrorism funding, etc. Sending money to Damascus, Syria could be bad juju, so the word damascus gets your payment flagged.

Dont use the word Condor in a description either. Made that mistake twice!

We don't know. Just don't put anything in comments and this problem goes away.
