It's growing on me

Yeah, kind of having that same thought.
Compositionally, it will be better without the name on the handle. They really need to come up with something better for the grip texture. That hatch pattern is just silly. It looks like something from '80s MTV. Definitely not the sort of thing CRK built its reputation on.
I also don't understand the logic behind these specialized pivot tools. Why not design the pivot hardware to accept standard tools? Seems like a significant practical (and fiscal) liability.
Still not sold on the O-ring thing either. Basically a trade of novelty for reliability and structure. Again, not what the CRK reputation is about.
From a structural standpoint, I don't see the advantage of double studs over a conventional stop pin. That's not where the knife is going to fail, so no point in strengthening a link if it's not the weakest one in the chain.
If the thumbstuds are ergonomically well-placed for their primary purpose, I could accept them as stops. If not, I would place a higher priority on moving them away from the handle, to improve leverage. This is one of the few things that could be done to significantly improve the Sebenza.
The rearward concavity in the blade's spine seems practically sensible. I don't understand the purpose of the articulation in the swedge, though.
The glass breaker seems like a solid practical feature to me.
