Uncrate.com, questionable sales pitch for Kershaw Launch 1

Before this thead gets moved, or closed, the Launch series can be dangerous knives. I have a 1 and a 3.....when deployed they lock up about half the time. The spring doesn't apply tension for the entire length of travel. The blade 'bounces' back and doesn't lock up. If attention isn't paid to make sure blade is locked.....could get ugly.

This always baffles me. It's not just the Launch series.
 
people, those are clearly the words of an overweight, female, hipster, (probably in a live-in progressive relationship with a transgender knife-flipper) and i'm almost certain she is a liber......oh nevermind :rolleyes:
 
Unfortunately, this thread isn't going anywhere productive. We have an automatic section specifically for automatic knife related discussion. Any knife can be dangerous, it depends on a lot of variables. I find it hard to believe that autos are somehow "more" dangerous than any other style, specifically the brand mentioned.
