Feedback wasn’t warranted in this case and will be deleted.

However there’s another issue concerning you that needs to be addressed.

After this thread was started, I checked your profile as I tend to do when members have a GBU thread about them.

I noticed you had a neutral feedback, after reading the reason why I contacted the member who left the feedback.

Correct me if I’m wrong, buyer paid for an item with F&F and never received the item or compensation… I believe the item was lost in transit.

This occurred in the May, feedback was left in June.

Curious what you plan on doing about this, the buyer has waited long enough for resolution.
Buyer has proof the item was delivered successfully by USPS. I agreed to split the USPS insurance claim with the buyer but since it was successfully delivered and likely stolen after the fact USPS will not issue any insurance. On my end I shipped the item and it was delivered. I am not responsible for the item after delivery. Last I checked the rules for this forum do not require buyers to reimburse items that were stolen.

Ive purchased from Argyle several times in the past with no issue. All I'm seeing here is a buyer trying to post-deal haggle a seller, ignore the seller's rules regarding payment, back out of the sale using plausible deniability, and then get upset when the seller decides to give them bad feedback for their sketchy behavior. You really expect everyone to believe you casually 'forgot' about the F&F and just kindly dropped $5 on top of an agreed upon sales price? And only then, after you got called out on it and got refunded by the seller did you disclose that you couldnt actually pay F&F and had to wait on Paypal? And now you opened a thread about it, why? The entire transaction was a giant waste of time because you didn't respect the boundaries the seller put in their listing. You didn't get done dirty, this is exactly why we have feedback to distribute.

Yes, I contacted USPS and they were unable to resolve anything, so I was out the whole payment
Was this a case of an empty box being delivered...or no box at all in the mailbox despite USPS indicating it had been delivered?

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with the details.

I replied and requested additional info in the conversation.
