I'm with you on this. I think maybe it looks just right because it is reminiscent of stacked leather or wood accents. But, yes, it could go in a million directions.

Ben I said the same thing to Todd when I grabbed the knife; it definitely has a stacked leather look to it that I found really intriguing. I'd say thanks for all the kind words guys, but of course it all goes to Todd :thumbup: I was just in the right place at the right time I'll get a pic or two up when it arrives.

Todd I managed to get by the post office before they closed today and picked up my new knife. It looks awesome and the finish on the micarta stripes is spot on. Couldn't be happier my friend thanks again. I managed to snap off a pic before the light completely went away, I think it turned out alright. Take care until next time
