Nothing unique here. I have my phone, a Spyderco Chicago (my workplace frowns on blades greater than 2 1/2" long), a Leatherman Micra, Sharpie Micro, a small Pelican light, and a titanium Schrade Key Chain Pry Tool in a Skinth pouch. The Schrade tool is nearly worthless except as a bottle opener. The wrench driver part is poorly shaped; the large and small ends will not accommodate common hex nuts or bolts, although they should work on squares. I only carry that because my Piranha tool won't fit into the Skinth slot with the knife.

I carry a short section of hacksaw blade... with a split key ring slid over a piece of wood with a sawn groove, jaws of the LM, or through the lanyard hole of my clip blade to give me purchase... if you try the clip, be sure to tape the saw teeth as it will tear up the scales of your knife

Hey Doug, how do you like your skinth? I should have mine in a few days and I'll be doing a review, but it would be great to have more opinions on it.

It's not bad. I have three, but this one was made to fit my phone since the little plastic clip that came with the phone was useless. It's very secure, both in retaining the phone and remaining on the belt.

For unique items, I carry a marlin spike as part of my kit...

A half dollar bill for a patch that I'll never spend, a short length of bicycle chain in a loop on my keys, a palad khik, a book of matches with my phone number in it (hold over from bar tending days), and that's about all I can think for the unique stuff.

I carry an assortment of stubby USB cables for charging devices. Its often easier to find a usb port for power than it is to find the cable. I also have started to use a stack of S-biners for all kinds of things. I don't bother with split rings really anymore. I've also found a great coated mechanic keyring that uses a ball-socket joint instead of threads.
I've also started to carry Field Notes notebooks. yeah, its just another notebook, but they beat the dollar store ones when it comes to quality, so the small premium is worth it.
Here's my Field Notes setup.

A very small caribiner/compass
Preon Revo flashlight from Four Sevens
Leatherman XS? (The one with the pliers). Outside work I have the Leatherman Xti on my belt.
Phillips head screwdriver (with just a thumb coin-like top "handle" that goes on a split ring. I have no idea where I got it).
Xikar Trezo lighter and often a cutter from someone else. thumb and first finger "guillotine" type.
Benchmade Barrage 581 when not at work and 586 when at work

Except when on a plane I am never without a knife, flashlight, lighter. I consider those essentials. They'll handle any just about any short term emergency.

Lacie key USB which I got from Seagate after doing some consulting work for them. Part of their Analyst day gaw's.

And a very cool barrel clasp surgical steel key chain holder. Comes in handy sometimes. I got that idea from another bf member.
