Uniqueblade.com Not Honoring Return Policy

My beef with Uniqueblade.com is their complete lack of customer service once a defective item has been received and an RMA has been requested. I bought two OTF Rangers (a Microtech Scarab knock-off, I know, I deserve to get stiffed for buying that crap in the first place). One worked fine, the other's blade keeps going off-track, so I submitted three separate RMA requests and now the 10-day return guarantee has come and gone.

I would exercise caution when buying from this site. If you buy a good American-made product that has a manufacturer warranty you'll probably be OK but DON'T BUY IMPORTED CRAP from this site. If you're not satisfied my experience is that you won't get any customer service, let alone a response to your e-mails.
 
This post was just brought to my attention, so I decided to reply hoping the customer will see it and know we want to resolve the problem.

I am very deeply sorry for the trouble you are having with our returns department. We have had email issues, which may explain the lacking of a response. I also checked our archives and didn't see a single email message describing the problem you are having, so I firmly believe, we never got your email, we missed it, and or it was caught by our spam filter.

The sale isn't over until you are happy.
