I just placed an order at uniquetitanium, and the service was amazing. I had a small problem with processing the payment do to the billing and shipping addresses on my card being different(my own fault) I shot them an e-mail, and within the hour not only did they email me back but Russ called me on the phone to make sure the issue got taken care of. I've never had anyone call me back like that, and it cought me off guard. Russ was very friendly and also offered me 10% off my next order even though I didn't ask for anything. We talked for about 10 minutes and Russ gave me plenty of good info and let me know about some upcoming knives they will be getting in. Its hard to tell sometimes from a website how large a company is, it might be a giant wearhouse w dozens of employees or it might be like Russ and be 2 people and a small office. Affter the shinning customer service I recieved I would preffer the "mom n pop" outfits. I would recomend Russ at Uniquetitanium to anyone and will deffinately be using them in the future.
