A little puuko-esque Utility. I can't remember what John called these.

Roach Belly

The only reason that it's unusual is because it's the only one ever made.

Another one of a kind, with the story behind it. Still in use in our kitchen.

Ever since Connie designed the kitchen knives she has been bugging me to make her one of her own. Of course being the wonderful husband that I am, I kept avoiding the issue, figuring it would go away. Wrong! Saturday she handed me a piece of paper with a drawing on it that said "make it, now!" Ok, no problem. This one is 9 3/4" long, with a 5 1/4" x 1/16" blade, 1 1/4" tall. It has the same handle shape and size of the utility knife. She calls this one her "veggie slicer."
