Hi Guys, you Guys are buying some great Knives, I know because I have almost a complete line of the newer Swamp Rat Knives, I don't have the Chopweilers or Ratweilers or the MountainRatDu, but no regrets or complaints with my Rodent 9, it's a great Chopper which I paired off with my Ratmandu, I was so impressed with the SR101 that for a lighter set I got the Rodent 7 and I paired that one off with the Rodent 4, I needed a 6" blade but I wasn't really into a tactical looking knife for the bush, so I called Trissy and she told me I can have my Rodent 6 thinned down and the top gaurd taken off, now my Rodent 6 look's like a beefy Ratmandu on steriods, it still has the robust characteristics and still chop's great for a 6" blade, also it's a better slicer I think and makes good curls, I paired my Modified Rodent 6 with my Rodent Solution, I also decided to get a Long Knife for the brambles in my State so I got the Rodent Rucki, awesome is how I describe it, I love the choil's on my knives because I can use the knives as smaller knives and same with the Rucki but I also baton with it as well as its a great chopper, my friends didn't understand why I bought the Rucki and for what I was going to use it for, well now they know with envy, it is pricy, but to complete my series of Swampies, I got the Rodent 3, and Rodent 5 which is almost redundant with my Ratmandu but it will give my Ratmandu a break but besides I like the Lightning Bolt Style Handles because they are very comfortable for me, so is my Ratmandu is very comfortable, my friends that have the Weilers and the Seahorse Style Handles are very comfortable but I got into my Swamp Rat's too late, but no regrets because I love the ones I have and this is why I posted the knives you guys are buying are probably some of the best knives made for the money hands down and not just my opinion but it's a fact !, good luck guys with your new knives, I know you guys will enjoy them as much as I enjoy mine.
