Updated w/ PICs: Cant decide..... Emerson Rangemaster Sheepdog OR ZT0909 Les George?

Ide go ZT every time. Ive had a few emersons and many ZTs and the ZT build quality is miles ahead of emersons. The only emersons to be that good are the Emerson/ZT collabs. I have a 0630 and its awesome. Also, I love Les George designs. I have one of his latest VECPs and it is my favorite folder.

Well, at first I called ZT directly and asked for a beefier clip as the current clip looked weak and small for the knife.
They said they dont have one for this particular knife, but the ZT0801 clips will be a direct fit.

So on ebay I went
 
I have a bowie Sheepdog, 0560, 0566 and 0620 and I can say the Sheepdog flips and waves the best of any of them. Overall, ZT has a "sturdier" feeling build but they also overdo everything. The frame on the 0560 and 0620 is so thick that there are knives almost the same total thickness. I like liner locks in general and the titanium liners on the Sheepdog give a very solid lockup, albeit sticky at times (because of the steel on titanium contact). In all, the Sheepdog gets the most pocket time of any of the above for me but the 0560 and 0620 are the sturdiest.

ZT said the same thing to me, except they did not tell me about the 801 when I asked for other fitments.:thumbdn:

MXG GEAR just told me that the 0900 fits also.
