This is hard for me. I Have knives from several of those listed. It came down to the the company that produces absolutely fabulous knives with impeccable fit and finish versus another maker that produces some very nice knives that I think are a great value.
I went with value.

Always seemed to me like every third picture posted is of somebodies CRK. Guess we're starting to see why.

W White River Knife and Tool. I have four. I like what they do with S35VN, and I buy directly from them at a large gun show we both attend. Good folks, with a good product line.

ZT…. Because of their collaborations.

As much as I like my Hinderers, Zero Tolerance makes a better Hinderer. They have the capacity/machines to make knives much more consistent (and often cheaper) than many smaller companies that also make great knives.
Take the 0562ti vs the XM-18 3.5” slicer for example. With a titanium scale on the RHK, you’re looking at a $300 price difference for a slightly thicker blade and the option to run washers.
Only problem is ZT doesn’t make a 0562 with 8 different blade shapes….Hinderer makes a knife exactly for everyone. But you pay out the nose for that option.

This is a tough one. My favorite folder is my Umnumzaan and I’ve had several CRK knives.
When it comes to execution they edge everybody else out in my opinion.
With that said if I have to choose a favorite manufacturer it’s Spyderco. They are constantly moving the ball forward in terms of design, steel technology, and execution. I have great respect for their ability to hit so many bases and still deliver such high quality products.

If you only included companies that solely make knives in the USA that list would’ve got much smaller.

I own more Case than anything and the Sod Buster Jr is my favorite knife to collect but my Sebenza would probably rank over them. I really like Les George knives as well even though I haven’t had a custom from him.

Michael Morris knives are awesome too if like friction folders and fixed blades.

Nevermind, I realized why my company wasn't on the list. But still! They have a prototype! D:
