It's been said before, but I'd like to say it again. (Especially since three day old threads are already 5 pages back on this forum!)

Filled out an order Thursday night (okay, so technically 1 or 2 am is Friday, LOL) and it got here today. That's from Mankato, MN to tiny little Winlock, WA.

Even got some free spacer material thrown in to boot! :)

Tracy has become my 'go-to' shop for damn near everything. Great service, and excellent selection.
 
Agreed! I am always amazed at how fast my order arrives! It's almost like Tracy knows what a procrastinator i am and that the reason I ordered whatever it was is that I am completely OUT and needed it YESTERDAY!:D:o

I personally hold Mr. Tracy in high regard ever since he donated plans for a no weld grinder to a deserving young man he didn't know. Mr. Tracy, Jeffrey is almost finished making his grinder (thanks to you) and sends his regards & thanks. There aren't enough men like Tracy out there --- a very compastionate & generous man.
 
I would like to add my stamp of approval to this list. Talking to Tracy for the first time was like talking to an old friend.
 
Pop's was out of 600 grit Klingspor cork belts...and I didn't know where else to get them...come to find out that USA Knifemaker's Supply had them at a great price, and the amount needed which is EXCELLENT because they are being discontinued.

Good folks, great comms=happy customer...they are now in my Favorites menu.

I've only had one order from him, but I emailed them and they answered in a timely matter (within 12 hours, every time) and helped me decide what all I should purchase for sheath making, etc. Then the shipping... I had heard great things about the shipping speed, but I didn't really expect it. I expected it'd be there in 4 to 5 days with priority mail shipping. Got it in 3 since I ordered it, which was probably evening, past the mail truck.

Every order from Tracy has been fast and correct. He's a great guy to talk to, has good stock and prices, speaks well of good products he can't stock instead of trying to sell you on something else, keeps adding to the impressive stock he does have.

Absolutely top notch.
 
Ordered a kiln from Tracy and he submitted the order to Evenheat right away and i had it within 3 weeks ! :thumbup::thumbup:
 
I am a part time maker, but the times I have ordered from Tracy, it has been reasonable and fast service. He is tops in my book.
 
They are fine folks with good prices and super fast shipping. They are very helpful too.l How can you beat that???
