Shipping both ways just seems to be one of the necessary evils in knifemaking
and it really helps when people like Tracy and Laura put forth the time and effort
to help ease that a bit.

Can't say enough good things. I didn't order enough belt for my grinder build so instead of just shipping it out and letting me figure it out he called and explained the necessity and put it in with the order going out. Told me to pay the difference when I got the chance to hit paypal. Awesome guy and business!
 
I've got nothing but good things to say about Tracy and Laura and feel they go out of their way to help. There are a couple others out there that try hard too but they don't seem to knock the service out of the park as consistently to me. I know Tracy has really helped me and gone out of his way for me on more than one occasion now. These guys are great! Their communication is top notch and as I have always said, folks are very understanding so long as you fill them in on whats going on. They do that in a very excellent way when needed and 99.9% of the time by the time you place the order the next thing you know its in your mail box and you catch yourself saying, damn that was fast! I like that a lot! :thumbup:

Just placed my first order, I hope it turns out nice on the finish product, but that would be all up to my abilities i think :( first time.
