USA made

You dredge up a 5 1/2 year old thread to do nothing more than add a link to facepalms without even quoting what it is you found so facepalm worthy. Think you deserve one yourself.

LOL...

Post #41 was a spam post by someone advertising their 'USA Made' products. They joined a couple days ago and had a handful of posts that were all junk. They were the one to dredge up an old thread for no good reason. I reported it as such, it was removed, and now the facepalm post doesn't make sense. It's not his fault...:)

Most people have known for quite some time that "made in the usa" isn't as clear cut as it was as in World War 2.

I like to get American made products when I can because I feel like, at least in some small way, it's stimulating the economy and letting someone continue to work and eat a good meal.

The problem is that once the money hits the corporate level, it usually goes overseas (or at least part of it has to)

At some point I had to draw the line in my own mind... Am I really going to lose sleep over the fact that 5% of that American made knife was imported? Nah. I could honestly care less.

Right now it's all about fit and finish with me. If the product performs, I don't care if it was made by an insect race of space pirates on another planet.

Let the product speak for itself, not the ethnicity of the people who made it. That's my .02
