Was very interested in a trade for my BM. Very poor communications no response for days at a time...

To be honest, as long as the trade wasn't final and you sent your stuff out and haven't received anything for awhile, not responding to a potential trade is not that bad. Maybe he went on a holiday or something.
 
Not a good way to tarnish someone's name just cause a deal didn't go through. Very poor form on your part sir.
 
I wouldn't worry since no damage has been done to either party. People can have life changing events that take priority over hobbies, and can actually take them away for days to months from the forums. I'd just move on. Such is life.
 
Can you please elaborate more on what happened? Right now, OP reads like you are upset that it took him some time to get back to you.
