This little 77 has changed hands a few times and come around to me twice. Each person added a little character to it I think. I put the little ding in the backspring the first time around
. Shows some fine swirls and marks on the bolsters nothing serious. The Blackwood scales are durable as all get out. The blade has been mirror polished by one of the previous owners but again, some fine marks noticeable at the right angle. The bevel looks polished as well but I don't believe this has been sharpened much, or atleast no material removed. Probably just touched up on ceramic rods or similar. Fantastic walk and talk, about a 6 to 7 pull on this one. I have the tube and wax paper which is a bit wrinkled up.
In trade I'm looking for something(used is fine) GEC in stainless like a 48 or 440C 15 single clip (even tortoise shell). I'm open to carbon steel folders as well just prefer a clip point. My modest collection is dominated by sheepsfoot or wharncliffe blades.
US 50 trades only with members in good standing. Priority mail required for shipping.
