USMC knife has arrived

I've got to admit, my first reaction was to cringe too. But for a "pure" user, it makes huge amounts of sense.

I like the look too. forget about shiny polished blades they are only going to get mucked up around me anyhow.

I only thought i wanted a model 18 before. I always thought they would look better with dirty stainless tube, lightly oxidized brass and a heavily stained carbon blade. Thats one hell of a make-over, I hope the tacti-cool crowd misses the photo our wait time will suffer.
