Usps... Priority mail my ...

Man!

Here's my story. A recent purchase supposedly arrived the 298th of last month as my PO. But I have not received it, and the PO can not find it.

We filed for the insurance, you'd think they would be even better at doing this if they have less of it to do.

Was that August the 298th or October 25 being the 298th day of the year :p

If I were in that position, in my post office, NONE of my people would be sitting around bored. Ideal training time. We never had enough upgrade training time, and I still managed to top the other stations in getting clerks and carriers promoted to supervisor.

There ya go...

Thats the problem these days, all the good people have retired.

When I was 14, I worked in a hamburger joint after school.
The owner had a saying that stuck with me to this day, "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean"....

Man, that sounds exactly like the drug store I worked in way back in high school. I got very good at polishing glass shelves and moving merchandise around during the two years I worked there.:D

I'll give you some actual numbers that are based on thousands of shipments. We average 2.4 days delivery with priority mail. We average 2.3 days with UPS ground. My problem with priority mail is that the USPS compares it to UPS 2 day air and it isn't comparable. It is comparable to UPS ground and is more expensive than UPS ground except for single folder shipments.
