No bells, whistles or embellishments just a plain and properly heat treated hard working knife.
Stock removal from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 in my Evenheat furnace with three normalizing and two tempering cycles producing a fine grain structure throughout the blade
Slight convex grind
Canvas Micarta handle sanded to 120 grit for grip
Overall length: 11 inches
Blade: 6 1/2 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
