This was in a lot of random electronics I purchased at an auction. It was a little dirty, the suction cups were missing, and it was not working.
I replaced the fuse in the power supply which was blown and I ordered a new mount. I used this on a trip recently and it seems to be working fine. Just had a blown fuse.
It’s not safe for me to keep this. lol.
