Very light edc knife 3-4 inch long with clip for summer carry?

Get the Endura ffg. Consider the CS Broken Skull for better steel.

Can't believe it took so long for someone to mention 3 oz. 4", CTS-XHP CS Broken Skull,
which can be found for 70 bucks.

There is a lot of offer from Spyderco and Kershaw that are light weight and easy to carry in summer, but I would say HK nitrous blitz or mini griptilian.
They have some caracter to them and for the money they offer a great value.

Someone mentionned the PM2 and I have to agree on this one. It is one of my classic EDC.... be it summer or not :)
Very light weight, excellent blade shape and affordable with S30V steel, but on the higher price range compared to the mini grip and nitrous blitz.

I suppose you could put a clip on an Opinel 8; 9; or 10.
Nothing lighter than an Opinel.

My two favorite picks for slim, tough, really lightweight and excellent carry-ability:

Lots of blade for the weight, excellent ergos, cuts like a chainsaw and being Summer, H1 cannot rust so that's a plus (sweat, pool time, beach time, hiking and fishing, swimming...)

Thinnest and lightest folder with a 4" blade right now, grippy texture and color selection to choose from. CTS-XHP ensures long edge holding, and is quite easy to sharpen back almost anywhere.

All Mar Ultra light series. There are 3 different sizes. Check em out

The knife I have been carrying all summer is ZT0450CF. Only 2.75 ounces. Absolutely amazing production knife.

did you ever think of checking out Keshaw's "Chill" = comes fine edge or part toothy - in 8cr13MOLv steel - works and is very easy on pockets!

I would buy the CS Broken skull if there was not the text "Broken skull" on the blade. Sorry.
