VG-1? New Cold Steels

It looks like they mostly focused on bringing their unholy Grivory line to life in actual steel. I have to say, I like a lot of them. But on their nicer models, I think just the San Mai, they say VG-1. Do they mean VG-10? Does anybody have input?

IF the steel is any good, that BraveHeart knife is quite impressive.

yeah, Brave Heart, Steel Tiger, and that big bolo look good. I expect 420HC and mild carbon steel, which won't bother me.

Oh no!!!! I find myself liking the look of some of these new Cold Steel knives. The Talwar is cool and the KonjoII and Sisu definitely have my interest.

I like those, too, but they're gonna cost more than I'm willing to pay for a Cold Steel blade.

It looks like the cheapest I can find the Talwar for is about $278, which isn't to bad, but more then I would pay for a Cold Steel knife...now that shamshir sword on the other hand..I would be willing to pay that.

What a shame they did not make a new Trailmaster kind of knife.:grumpy:

The Sisu needs a guard:grumpy: and I will make one when I get my fingers on that baby Cool looking knife.
Konjo II looks nioce and has the right grind and not that American "NInja" tip grind :jerkit:
They should make a satin finish Recon scout fron that San mai steel:thumbup:
