Trust me guys, I'm working like crazy over here to get this all setup. I'll get a store opened up soon so this will all be easier. Here is what is in the works.

Jigged Bone

Aluminum

And more exotic woods.
 
I emailed you last night about the ironwood. I'd be interested in the aluminum and titanium as well....
 
Did somebody say, jigged bone? Titanium?

I'm in when you get this up and running.
 
Here is the jig I cut for rounding the corners on all the 91mm models. Ironwood should be here tomorrow.

If possible, i have a nearly perfect "Trailmaster" that woudl be perfect with customized scales....
 
I have no problem doing international orders. BUT, I can't sell you anything until the scales are actually done;) Don't worry though, I'll fix that small problem soon enough :)

Little bit of a setback. I got the ironwood lot. Turns out that the weren't very honest and most of the pieces are too thing. However, there are a couple pieces thick enough, so I can at least make one or two example scales.

I'm ordering more Ironwood tonight, this time more costly but definitely thick enough stock.
 
I'm sorry you got ripped-off on the ironwood. That sucks!

How thick are the pieces you ended up with? Maybe you can find some other use for them. I've been wondering about trying to attach ultra-thin wooden scales to the handles of my Victorinox Spirit... :)

ColdFusion, could you post a pic of your CNC machine? I have no idea what one looks like and I am curious.
 
My friend I have a Swisschamp that I found the issue red plastic scales aren't worth much,I really want Plain black G-10 with some checkering,I can send you some G-10 if you need and a money order to make and send them to me in Jan.If you want me to e-mail you just say so :D
 
I've got way too many handle variations to work with now, but I promise I'll get to the swisschamp eventually :)
 
I can't wait to place my order for some ;) I will love to put carbon fiber on my Victorinox Solo.
 
I sure would like a set of ironwood scales in the 91mm plus size.

Maybe some others as well. I'll be watching your progress....
 
I may have found a piece of ironwood that will work. If all goes well, I'll be able to get 140 scales from it. I'll let ya'll know what the quality is like once I receive it.

Still waiting on my Micarta order from Texasknife. The holidays must have slowed things down.
 
When do we get to see some pics of the finished products? I'm all excited!
