Victorinox secret sewing needle holder?

I wouldn't call myself a huge SAK collector, but I do have a few. I will be checking the ones that I have for this feature, and if I don't have one with it, will be picking one up that does have it! And thanks for the SAK Wiki link!
 
As long as your # 70 drill is as long as the pin you wish to insert, there shouldn't be any problem. Check out pin drilled knife before you modify your non pin drilled knife. That way you will know where to place the hole and a what angle to drill it.
